Can't access "Ontology Associations and DB Cross References" files #29

In the section Ontology Associations and DB Cross References of the spec, it refers to two files hosted on ftp.geneontology.org: ftp://ftp.geneontology.org/pub/go/doc/GO.xrf_abbs and ftp://ftp.geneontology.org/pub/go/doc/GO.xrf_abbs_spec. I am not able to access these files, or anything on ftp.geneontology.org. Are there updated locations for those?

These are not sites hosted by SO. Let me look into updating the ftp addresses.

I came here to open this, then saw there was a duplicate.

I have no clue how to use ftp - it doesn't seem to work. Would be great if we could also have an http version for easier reference and user friendliness.
