Made changes to course page #411

👨‍💻 Changes proposed

Increased size of links in navbar
Made course page responsive
Divided courses into sections and modified CSS to make it happen using CSS grid and flex box.
Made minor changes to footer.
Brought back sidebar which was absent in the original
