add redirecting telephone link and mail link in footer #479

we updated the links in the footer section. added telephone redirection when the user clicks on phone number and added email redirection when the user clicks on the email in the footer.

Hey mate , please keep this in mind . First create an issue for the bug or suggestion that you want to implement . then Once you got assigned only then make a PR otherwise not.
