Set up the Unity project with all the XR tools required for developing the game. Ideally set up in new branch, verify everyone can run and use it, then merge back onto main.

XR tools has been tested and is ready in branch add-XRI-examples. PR request raised https://github.com/The-Spaghetti-Is-Ready/ICT371-Project/pull/2

Repo also should have the layout:

main: production branch. any work that is in a ready-to-ship state goes here (i.e. milestones). heavy protection recommended.
development: dev branch. this is where our work occurs. the root of this branch is where milestones that are WIP go. feature branches, when ready, get merged into this branch
