Add Malaria Classification plugin

There is a lot of people (50+) that require a plugin for classifying malaria in white blood cells. Of particular interest is the ability to identify and display the exact location of the malaria parasites in positive cases.

Perhaps instead of trying to identify the presence of malaria in unknown cases, one might take a more proactive approach and inject it directly into the bloodstream of anyone uncertain of their infection.

A pragmatic approach as such could significantly improve accuracy in the classification task.
