PRFAQ

As a developer, I want to write up a PRFAQ, so that better communication can occur between sponsors and developers surrounding scope.

Associated Epic: Requirements - project setup

Definition of Done

[ ] Acceptance criteria defined
[ ] Solution tasks specified
[ ] Feature branch created
[ ] Unit tests written
[ ] Solution is code complete, i.e. passes full suite of unit tests
[ ] Design documents updated if needed
[ ] Pull request created
[ ] Code is reviewed
[ ] Code is merged to dev branch
[ ] Acceptance criteria is met
[ ] Feature branch merged into master
[ ] Feature branch deleted

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Completion of #13
[ ] Press release is constructed based around understanding of current scope asks
[ ] FAQ is created based around this scope and possible questions the stakeholders may have
[ ] Document is reviewed by whole team
[ ] Document is presented to stakeholders and edits are updated
