update configuration settings for NTH trust
Removed the filter_data fromBindCache and all caching that relies only on it. This is because the data can grow later on in the future and might take a long time to hash. Using big data as a cache key in BindCache is not efficient.
Manage db connection via pool package
add a development-related script to set up a trust table on the database
