date column is not properly parsed for some trust #173

some users use ambiguous date formats when they upload their data to the dashboard. This is not well-handled resulting in dates such as these "0019-06-20". Some of the formats that have been used are "01-03-2021", "01-03-21", "01/03/2021", "01 03 2021".
