our day procedures code list is currently in an R script and needs to be re-implemented in databricks

can get roughly the same numbers as before, hard to replicate as some of the base definitions of things like last episode in spell have changed.

however, the list of codes to include should probably now match the code list for has_procedure, which does change the counts of procedures somewhat.
