Check functioning of Additional Variables selections #35

At the moment they don't impact the upper table, they just add columns to the lower table. Is this the desired behaviour? Is there unnecessary processing happening?

Linked to #34. If the dropdown selection is only relevant to the lower table, then its position can be changed so its closer to that table.

Is selecting 'study design' meant to display 'study' and 'review' in the lower table? This information is currently not shown. Edit: no, looks like it's more like a free-text description of the design of the study.

Ensure that only selectable additional variables appear in the multi-select box options.
