Allow sorting and filtering in the summary table #38

These can be supplied as options to the {DT} data.table object.

Consider if there's a sensible order for a default sort. By year then author name, or something?

There's already a search box, but could add column filters.

Have a look to see if you can also show/hide columns through the {DT} interface itself, which would remove the need for the Shiny selection box.
