Display data version in the app #51

The data will be updated on a regular basis. It would be useful for users to see what version of data is currently in use.

The simplest approach is that the spreadsheet of underlying data will contain the version number in a cell. This will be updated by the Evidence team each time a set of new rows are added. This version value can be read and displayed by the app.

Perhaps a change to the data can trigger a redeployment with the new version number displayed in the app as a result? Relevant to #48.

Nice to have: some way for people to see what data has been newly added since they last looked. Could be a filterable date, or version number in the table of data.

Need to confirm with Alison the best approach for her and team.

Could just grab the date from the pin and this will indicate the last time the data was updated.

Might want to have a new column that gives a date or version number when the record was added.
