Waffle briefly error messages #56

when changing evidence map col and row values the waffle plot empties (as intended) however an error message shows up briefly in the plot space.

When deployed, error message is only briefly seen (blink and you'll miss it). Could replace/hide error message with something less alarming for front-end users.
