Integrate introduction text to app (maybe onto a cover page) #59

Alison has prepared some words that introduce the app/how to use and there is likely to be a video on its use.

Should these be added into a new 'cover'/'landing' page? Or can they be put in a tab of their own (e.g. there could be an 'information' header in the navbar that the intro text and taxonomy sit under).

Also consider if a cover is the appropriate place for badging/logos, etc.
