Added an 'about' tab with supplied logos and text.
Added function to read text from markdown files.
Changed favicon to NHP logo.

Made more consistent the name of the data argument in the server functions (dat).
Adjusted tab titles (verb-first) and added titles within the body of each tab.
Styled some module code with the basic tidyverse styler to make it a little easier to read.
Fixed a bug: removed a join_by() statement that had been introduced in mod_summary_table.R (had put this in to quieten the 'joining by' warning, but turns out the variable being joined will vary).
This will close the milestone, so v0.1.1 can be released.
