Update data pin #79

We've been provided a new version of the dataset by email (2024-06-11). Update the Posit Connect pin that holds this data.

The app should then read from the newly-updated pin when a user arrives; no need to update or redeploy the app. Check that this works as intended. We're expecting that some word choice has changed in the table and taxonomy, but nothing else should have changed; everything should work normally.

We can always revert to the older version of the pin if we need to.

More {pins} code examples as part of a recent SU C&C session: blog, slides. Some code specific to this repo should be added as per #70.

This is now done following the guide in the README as part of #80. Note that I've added some custom metadata to explain why an upload has been made. Thought this might be useful because this particular update isn't a new 'version' per se; it's for replacing a specific term in the data.
