If you, for some reason, need to combine two Talents in a roll, there is currently no way to do that. You can only ever combine a Talent and a Skill (or optionally, a power and a talent).
All rolls should ideally use the same roll dialogue and include an option to roll for both Talents and Skills.
Quick-rolls should remain for stuff like Strain and Stress tests.
