Question about ruins & herald from everyone (dev version) #390

This event is triggered to everyone Player and AI alike, an example being like "Herald from Sparta" or "Herald from Veia" basically saying the same thing meaning they also got the event Screenshot (1225)

The second thing is more of a question about the ruins that never disappear Screenshot (1224) I saw this ruins 80 years ago
