Prov 2150 Astakos not core of its owner; at start date #396

Prov 2150 Astakos is not a core of its owner (called, surprisingly, Astakos). I don't have historical context on this case but I suppose it should be cored, right?

Its neighbour Bythinia actually has perma-claim in that province, which seems logical being in the middle of that country. But not core, anyway

?? never mind, the history file is correct, and re-running the game works fine. Still looked up, and Astakos was founded in 712 BC (17th Olympiad), so correct as well :D
