Invite first round of vuit users #2

Let's invite a group of VUIT users that can help us test the onboarding and repo creation process.

For these users, I think we will just manually place the users (or preferably groups) into the GITHUB_ENTERPRISE_USERS group rather than making them go through the request process.

Groups to Invite

Windows Team (Roland to provide group)
ADI Team (Andy to provide group)
Cloud Team (Heather to provide group)
NDE ?

After a week of use, feedback will be collected from each team by their associated github admin member.

Most of these users have already been invited. I'll be working on sending a more formal email to invite the rest of VUIT. The goal is to work towards an invite email that can be sent to groups outside vuit.

The email should contain: A link to onboarding documentation

That documentation should contain

The process for requesting access
Creating a repo (including naming conventions / rules of the road)
Suggestions for how to authenticate
Places to go for help

Things blocking this issue....

1) Get the provisioning request process moved to Desktop Engineering. Roland/Patrick are working on that. 2) Resolve bugs found with repo creation process (Andy) Multiple AD groups linked to teams (Done!) Merge Conflicts (documentation updated but can still occur)
