Bugs in content-editable divs

There are still n number of bugs. starting with:

• [ ] - atwho lists adds the tags along with a br tag for some reason. this forces people onto a new line
• [ ] - need to change the icons for user references.
• [ ] - @shahidhk you have a valid argument, if we were to alter the erps url, all posts need to be refactored. need to shift to a youtube video preview like mechanism ( store only essential data in data- tags and make dynamic changes on the frontend. )

Hey, so, make like everything in span tag and give data-type and do it na ? Not very difficult.

Things Needed to be done :

1. make ckeditor minimal
2. Remove boring buttons from ckeditor
3. Make a button in ckeditor for post, attach image, etc
4. Fix atwho - Some parts stay bold in atwho
5. Fix atwho - It makes the cursor disappear sometimes.
6. Fix Youtube preview - it does not work.
