Making Wall better #92

In a wall, We need to add some features :

  1. Show all posts on the wall (already done)
  2. Show all posts that the wall's parent is tagged in.
  3. If User, show all posts where user is tagged in via his subdept
  4. If User, show all posts where user is tagged in via his dept

.... Phew complicated :/
