Need to fix up the notifs popover.

When we click the empty space, nothing happens. - It should go to the notif.
The amount of text it shows is cup level (it shows half baked markdown and half html code sometimes...). need to fix what it shows

First one didnt need fixing . It was a bad bug report Second, I fixed by removing all tags. No styling is required for it ...
