Adding a zap stanza to the homebrew cask

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Would it be possible to have a zap stanza in the homebrew cask like lots of other casks have?

Describe the solution you'd like The zap stanza would allow wineskin winery to have a complete removal option including removing the current wrapper and any installed engines without having to manually delete them.
