Wineskin error: unknown error 0x80040154 #543

Im trying to install this software (version 7.13: https://www.malvernpanalytical.com/en/support/product-support/zetasizer-range/zetasizer-nano-range/zetasizer-nano-zsp), on Mac Ventura, but Im not able to, Im getting this error: unknown error 0x80040154 fb65f33f-17b8-49b2-b73a-eec3db840886
