Add support for HoYoPlay Launcher #589

Crossover 24.0.4 has fixed the crash problem of mihoyo`s new HoYoPlay Launcher , considering adding this bugfix to wineskin please.

I’ll be back-porting those fixes into WineskinCX23.7.1-3

It’s mostly done already but one is a little more complicated.

HoYoPlay works with WS12WineCX64Bit23.7.1-3_rc1 https://github.com/Gcenx/WineskinServer/commit/a22a8a32d88a59eb941a3ff441119770cf5955bb

There’s still an additional hack that needs to be rebased but it’s a little complicated, but it at least works now.

While it’s not perfect it’s now working and I was able to login to Genshin Impact.
