new functions for yak_scraper

robot commands:

[x] $about - gives what they said in intro, what is in knack -> show intro from #intro channel, for now
[x] $gigbot - adds, lists, removes a gig
[x] $help - lists commands
[x] $howto - displays text files on how to do common activities
[x] $can we show animated gif -> yes (https://note.nkmk.me/en/python-pillow-gif/)
[x] $when you fetch a roam page, what do we get -> garbage = the js that loads it, etc. can be done via headless chrome if we really want (https://apiflash.com/)
[x] $python library for rendering html onto an image -> https://pillow.readthedocs.io/en/stable/reference/ImageDraw.html,
[x] $python lib for making animated gif

while all are checked off, they all need polishing and about is, for now, intro

decided not add animated gifs, etc. so all done, except that $about needs more work
