Automate backup of critical YC infrastructure #72

There's already a script out there to automate Chromium to do this for Roam...

Other things:

Ideally, we might then push these backups to the central YC Google account; that would get us a local (the machine of the person running the backup) and a cloud/off-site backup.

This should maybe be its own repo that's a script that anyone can run. So, macOS/Linux/Windows (but given that we're already assuming enough technical comfort that "run a script from GitHub" isn't scary, I think we can assume that the person running this can set up WSL).
