Tasklist for PR #1 review.

[x] Refactor the pipeline structure to perform all the necessary steps in a single job.
[x] Add descriptive names for variables like output1.
[x] Find out a way of navigating to required directories using GitHub Actions parameters.
[x] Decompose running tests and installing requirements.
[x] Replace npm install with npm-ci, i.e. clean install.
[x] Use the function from the package.json while running tests instead of duplicating the code.
[x] Remove extra tests unrelated to the angular app.
