[x] Allow custom media search path with CLI --media-search-path <path> argument
[x] Allow multiple media search paths to be supplied (similar to how multiple --labels can be supplied)
[x] Default to fcpxml(d) path if no custom paths are supplied

Forcing the search path to be the fcpxml(d) path only (current behavior) is restrictive.

There may be scenarios where the user wants to specify a custom media path. This can make the workflow more flexible.
