48 add different tiers of mobs #52

Added enemy types TRASH, NORMAL, and ELITE, that are denoted by their color. They have multipliers applied on their stats and give more exp based on Will's spreadsheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1XgiQJQm0qCMozAhRyjbKAeVkCxvzBKCsjmrjSj0ytD8/edit?gid=0#gid=0.

As the spawner level increases, the frequency of stronger types also increases

I also messed around with shaders and made a flashing one for when your health changes (red for damage green for healing)
