This PR adds code and does some refactoring to support a new variant of the boss-fight, summit (non-vanilla), so we can easily summon the boss-fight at an arbitrary location and rotation. Namely, we:
add an origin entity pattern to use as the "origin" of some entity (e.g. summon the Flowey model relative to the origin's position and rotation)
add a relative-coordinate version of the omega-flowey/summon command for use with origin entities
