tag world syncs with proper game versions #28

as of writing we only have the 1.20.1 world sync commit tagged (https://github.com/TheAfroOfDoom/omega-flowey-minecraft-remastered/releases/tag/world-backup-1.20.1)

we should tag each major/minor/patch Minecraft version change (and maybe even snapshots/pre-releases too?)

task of this issue is to sift through merged PRs, find world sync commits (should be clearly titled with world sync) and tag them so we have a clear list of world sync versions.

should have at minimum world syncs for versions:

1.20.2 or 1.20.3 may not exist depending on if I skipped over one during development

you can actually pretty easily find world sync commits by going to the commit history of the specific file
