This PR adds an actual logo to represent us during Smithed Summit 2024.
It adds a character to take place of the logo, and we replace our booth outside title display with a colorized one that includes the logo.
This PR also includes the .pngs that we submitted for our booth's stamp (which will be triggered when a player jumps into the pit) and flag (that will randomly display on one of the various flags on the Summit server).
