Unbelievably long load of saved game #332

I have a saved game, about 8 years complete with 7 total airlines, 125MB save file, that takes almost 25 minutes to load. It is not horsepower of the computer related, specs below, any thoughts on how to speed this up, or is this simply something that will get better over time?

Win 8.1 8 GB RAM SSD i5-4300

It is something that we improve all the time, but the longest time I have had for loading of a game is 3 mins.

i have the saved game if you want to try it on your end pjank42, i think it is more to do with the fact i have near 100 airliners, and 2 others are in the 150-200 each, so it is simply a large simulation

where are saved games kept? I've had games that have taken upwards of 5min. to save or load. As mentioned in another ticket, though, it's usually when I have 30-50 planes and at least one opponent (usually several) have a couple of hundred small ones.
