Linked List Programs with Different Functionalities

Description of Change

I visited the the repository and found out that there are linked list programs but also found out that it does not include the functionalities so, I created a linked list program with 13 - 15 different functionalities. All programs are menu driven and contains comments. These two programs will help the learners to locate all the linked list program in a single file.

Notes: Developers are working really hard to build a big and small functionality and fixing the code. This repo is also an example of great developers who make a small contribution from their side and helping the other developers and sharing knowledge.
