Closes #284

I added an section scroll on the right side of screen to lessen user scrolling to navigate to his interested section.

Yes @maltejur, I opened an issue about that, that was happening before I started tinkering with anything. I can try to fix that in this PR, or its better to be another PR?

I saw that was fixed in earlier commit today. When I click on update with merge button, will it deploy again in Vercel?
