Fixed emoji displaying as unicode numbers and quote character showing with backslashes in speech bubbles.

Almost forgot, this addresses say/think, but not TextModels (Which I should have perhaps mentioned in the bug)

Try them as well and you will probably apply the same kind of fix in SGTextModel.
