Add currentstatus parameter to getParents endpoint #23

Hi there,

It makes sense to me that the getParents IDM endpoint should support the 'currentstatus' parameter that the student endpoints do. Currently this request takes about 42 seconds and is 3.6MB of JSON for us. Having the choice to request current parents only would significantly speed up this request.
