If this is still an issue for you then there are a couple of things that need to be done for the results to appear in the analytics API's. If you let me know your email address I can provide some screenshots and instructions for you on things to check.

A couple of things determine when a students results get included in the analytics API’s for the getstudentSubjectMapResults method.

* For each Assessment Method, ensure that the Analytics Mapping has a value against each validation@.***
A scheduled job that is run once per day will then regenerate the analytics data. I think the job is scheduled for 1:00 am by default but your ColdFusion Admin can check that and force a run if required.

I am using the getStudentSubjectMapResults method to pull subject results. This is working great for all past years, but for 2023 Semester 1 I am only getting some results. So some subjects are coming through whereas others are not. It appears to be consistent with the subject - so all year 10 physics is coming through but no year 10 chemistry is coming through. So I am guessing it is something to do with the subject setup.
I have spoken to TASS support, who have said: "If certain subjects are not displaying they would likely not be valid for the API, or are missing required information / setups to be included. (EG: No results or result mappings)"
Are you able to provide any specifics on what flags/setup determine whether a subject's results are included in the getStudentSubjectMapResults method? I can confirm that results are present in TASSWeb
