getCommunicationRulesDetails - Long time to get results #70

Hi Support,

We have a school for which the getCommunicationRulesDetails takes longer than 6 minutes to complete. The details are as follows:

School: King's Christian College Endpoint: https://tassweb.kingscollege.qld.edu.au/tassweb/api/?appcode=WONDE1&v=3&method=getCommunicationRulesDetails&company=01&token=<***> Parameters: {"currentstatus":"current","commtype":"gen"} Tass version: v01.059.08.200 Instance: Local

Hi Irene,

Can you let me know the purpose behind the call? We might be able to add some extra filters to cut down on the returned data, which should then speed up the response, if we know your use case.

Thank you. We use that call to get the student's addresses.
