linux 64 bit, doesn't compile uint64_t already declared #51

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. get protrekkr svn (release 641)
2. compile using make -f makefile.linux

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output should be a succesfull compile, instead we get errors about 
uint64_t already declared in stdint.h

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Archlinux 64 bit, protrekkr svn 641

Please provide any additional information below.
I succesfully compile protrekkr after changing a couple of things, attached in 
the patch.
