"An error occurred" when trying to upload an image on mobile #75

On my iPhone XS, running iOS 16.6.1, I get "An error occurred" when trying to upload an image. Checked on both Safari and Chrome, and works on neither. Can not see that an API request is made, so the file doesn't get very far in the process.

Upload on smaller viewports will be disabled due to limited time to look into, refactor and fix this issue.
