Changed from using OpenAI Chat to OpenAI Assistant
Doesnt need to save chat_history anymore
Can have multiple users chatting
Uses OpenAI Assistant threads to have multiple conversations going
Much faster and reliable answers from the AI
Can actually hold a conversation longer then 3 texts
Uses cookies to save thread (Cant have multiple instances of question asking in the same browser as the cookies get overwritten need to be in private mode to test)
