pdfcpu password issue #37

I get the following error on the new build:

retrying after error: pdfcpu: please provide the correct password

And the pdf issues are created with a zero byte size.

I can confirm the behavior (Win 64bit) on some but not all issues

I have kind of a lengthy work around. As soon as you get that pdfcpu password, close the app. Then take all the files for that particular magazine, which will still be in individual page PDFs and move them to a subfolder. Use a program called pdfcandy (https://pdfcandy.com/) to merge and it'll show you which individual pages have the extra password protection, Then you can replace them by going to Zinio in your browser and print to PDF. Some magazines every single page has the extra protection, so that doesn't help. But I've had others with 100+ pages and only like 2 or 3 have the extra protection. Once you replace those, you can merge as normal.

Same issue with the passwords. Not sure what password is needed?
