Describe the bug Create/Change Bucket allows 0 months for Bucket Type Expense every X months

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Create new Bucket
• Use as Bucket Type Expense every X months
• Select any Target Date
• Enter any Amount > 0
• Leave Number of months 0
• Press Save

Expected behavior An error message should appear like Number of months must not be 0 for this Bucket Type.
