ENH: Modify the BIDS session identifier to indicate wave 2 #492

While preparing TheAxonLab/hcph-dataset#63 and TheAxonLab/hcph-dataset#65, I realized that all pilot sessions started with 0. Instead, we can start them by "2" and this way all the pilot sessions corresponding to wave 2 will be grouped together when listing files.
