[Suggestion] Additionnal staff moderation tools #58

Here are some tools I thought would be useful to the staff :

  1. Being able to see a list of songs to be played by people currently in waitlist.
  2. Having a toggle-able command to autoskip songs in history. ( ex : /autoskip ).
  3. Being able to remove people from waitlist. (ex : /remove (name) ).
  4. Being able to prevent people from accessing the waitlist for a -certain- amount of time. (ex : /lockout (name, time) )
