Change display name and bot's profile picture #1071

An idea is to let the people who use the bot for the server to change it's appearance so that it fits in the server more, because some servers have themed channels, categories, and so bots. Like Discohook, ability to change both names and pictures. Thank you for reading my request. EDIT: I'm sorry but I'm new to Github, I meant it to be an Idea.
