Use of cleverbot.io API for chat bot. #348

Describe the feature you'd like A chat command where the bot can talk to users for free using https://cleverbot.io API.

Describe alternatives you've considered Since you've taken down https://cleverbot.com API from your bot. It would be you to a pleasure to use https://cleverbot.io API since it's free. Cuz the bot looks so great when it talks to the users. Although it's totally your wish if you add it to Bastion or not. I'd respect that if you did it.

The cleverbot.com API implementation has been taken down from v7 doesn't mean that chatting feature has been taken down from Bastion! Don't worry about that, Bastion will talk to everyone!
